Nimic nu este imposibil sau prea grandios pentru a fi incercat. De aceea,

Richard Branson sau Dr.Yes, cum ii spun angajatii, raspunde mai degraba
pozitiv decat negativ la intrebari, idei sau rugaminti. Daca o idee pare
buna, mai bine actioneaza, decat sa taraganeze lucrurile. Isi incurajeaza
angajatii sa fie adaptabili si inovanti.
Multe companii isi pun oamenii in niste categorii si un operator de bord va
fi intotdeauna un operator de bord. Asta e motivul pentru care oamenii
pleaca, pentru ca nu sunt valorificati, nu din cauza salariilor mici.
Daca vrei sa faci un lucru trebuie sa-l faci personal, sa te pregatesti
temeinic, sa ai incredere in tine, sa lucrezi in echipa si sa nu te dai
batut. Daca exista ceva ce vrei cu adevarat, atunci trebuie sa faci exact
acel lucru. Indiferent de scop, nu vei reusi niciodata pana nu iti alungi
teama si pana nu actionezi.
Munca este buna atat timp cat te si distrezi, adica sa te simti bine cand
muncesti, fara sa te ingrijorezi si sa te stresezi. Branson nu si-a propus
sa fie bogat, ci sa se distreze si sa caute provocari. Cand ceva nu i-a
facut placere, a mers mai departe pentru ca viata este prea scurta ca sa fie
nefericita.
Viata ta urmeaza un curs gresit daca dimineata te trezesti stresat si
nefericit
Poti incepe o noua cariera muncind de acasa. Sunt zeci de lucruri care pot
fi facute de acasa si pentru care poti castiga bani. Daca lucrezi pentru un
sef, pe un post care nu iti place, este mai bine sa nu te plangi. E mai bine
sa muncesti din greu, sa iti meriti banii si sa-ti faci prieteni.
Daca tot mai esti nefericit, trebuie sa separi definitiv viata personala de
serviciu si sa-ti imaginezi ca seful te plateste ca sa te distrezi in timpul
liber.
Daca optezi pentru o existenta fara riscuri, nu vei sti niciodata cum e sa
castigi. "Indiferent de ce vise ai, lupta pentru ele. Uneori castigi,
alteori pierzi. Bucura-te cand castigi. Nu regreta cand pierzi. Nu privi
niciodata inapoi. Nu poti schimba trecutul, dar poti invata ceva din el",
spune Branson.
Cine cauta provocarea va creste si viata i se va schimba. Trebuie sa-ti spui
mereu: "Pot face asta. Voi continua sa incerc pana voi reusi".
Richard Branson face tot ce poate la munca si acasa. A doua provocare este
sa caute aventura. Incearca sa-si atinga limitele si ii place sa caute
lucruri si idei noi.
Viata lui Branson este rapida si agitata, fiecare moment este plin. Insa,
toti oamenii au nevoie de un spatiu propriu, pe care il obtin atunci cand au
pauze in care nu fac nimic.
Ca om de afaceri isi doreste succesul, dar una dintre reguli este sa nu faca
niciun rau si sa fie bun cu oamenii. Banii sunt importanti, tintele sunt
importante, dar la fel de important este prezentul si trebuie sa inveti sa
traiesti clipa.
Prietenii si familia sunt cei care l-au facut sa fie cine este. Familia este
pe primul loc in prioritatile sale. Chiar daca a fost invatat sa stea pe
propriile picioare, nu poate rezista fara devotamentul familiei si al
prietenilor.
Fii cinstit! Nu insela, dar urmareste castigul!
Sa fii mereu cu ochii si urechile deschise si sa fii politicos. Autorul a
invatat acest lucru din maximele japoneze care spun ca nu se stie niciodata
cine s-ar putea sa te vada sau sa te auda. Respect inseamna sa te porti cum
trebuie cu toata lumea, nu numai cu cei pe care vrei sa-i impresionezi.
Reputatia este totul.Niciodata sa nu faci un lucru care sa te impiedice sa
dormi noaptea. Daca vrem sa supravietuim trebuie sa punem mediul
inconjurator pe primul loc.
James Lovelock a dezvoltat o teorie asupra modului de functionare a
planetei, numita Teoria Gaia. Conform acestei teorii, Pamantul este un
organism viu si fiecare parte din ecosistemul sau interactioneaza cu alte
parti, chiar daca aparent nu exista o legatura intre ele.
Daca oricare dintre aceste componente ale sistemului planetar se streseaza,
Pamantul va reactiona automat, eliminand factorul respectiv. Aceasta teorie
sta la baza intelegerii incalzirii globale si a nevoii de a reduce emisiile
de carbon din atmosfera, inainte ca Pamantul sa rezolve singur problema -
specia umana.

Facebook si dupa ce te transformi
Facebook va oferi ocazia utilizatorilor de a transforma in "profiluri in memoriam" conturile prientenilor si ale rudelor decedate, anunta Max Kelly pe blogul oficial.
Facebook a introdus chiar saptamana trecuta o ferestra cu Sugestii care apare in coltul drept al paginii, si unde utilizatorii sunt sfatuiti sa interactioneze cu prietenii lor care au nevoie de ajutor pe Facebook. Prin introducerea "paginilor in memoriam", persoanele decedate nu vor mai aparea la sectiunea Sugestii.
De asemenea, in momentul in care o pagina este transformata, sunt setate si optiunile de confidentialitate astfel incat doar persoanele din lista de prieteni a decedatului sa ii poata accesa profilul, iar datele de contact si mesajele postate de decedat sunt sterse. In plus, in urma acestei transformari, nimeni nu se va mai putea loga pe contul respectiv, desi vor fi permise postarile prietenilor pe Peretele decedatului.
Oficialul Facebook ii sfatuieste pe oameni sa contacteze Facebook si sa ceara modificarea profilului prietenului decedat, trimitand o dovada a mortii acestuia, cum ar fi un necrolog.

Asfaltarile in suceava
Dupa ceva timp am sa arunc si eu cateva vorbe despre modul in care se fac treburile in romanica, mai ales pe strada mea numita OITUZ.
O strada proaspat asfaltata si nu oricum, covor asfaltic, doar un strat dar e bun si atat. Strada aceasta in urma cu o luna arata ca un traseu de off road si nu glumesc. Era o strada care de vreo 20 de ani nu a cunoscut nici o transformare in bine ci doar in rau. La fiecare saptamana apreau gropi noi si se adanceau cele vechi.
Sa trecem si peste asta. Din ce cauza nu s-a facut aceasta strada? Ne-au aburit vreo cinci ani ca vor schimba tevile si pana atunci nu vor face drumul. Cinci ani le-au trebuit sa-si dea seama ca tevine nu trec pe sub drum pe aceasta strada.
Trecem peste asta. S-au gandit ei timp de cateva minute si s-au hotarat sa asfalteze in stilul specific zonei Sucevei.Ca sa preantampine lesinurile locatarilor de pe aceasta strada au zis ca trebuie facut totul foarte foarte repede.Hop au si venit cu afise pe care le-au lipit pe copaci ca maine asfalteaza si sa mutam masinile din zona.Binenteles ca la mine nu era nimeni acasa.Eu plecat la Zugreni, masina in parcare.Masina unde era nu deranja cu nimic lucrarile de asfaltare. Cand am venit am ramas mut de mirare vazand strada facuta si cu gura cascata la revederea masinii care era cu 2 cm de praf pe ia.
Cam asa se desfasoara treburile la noi. 20 de ani te rogi sa-ti faca o treaba care a durat 2 zile.
